It's kind of late in the summer to tell about our trip to Florida (we are going to be home in just over 3 weeks), but I finally got all my pictures on my computer and want to share.
We left Utah shortly after school let out in June. It was with mixed emotions, however, since we had only moved into our new house a month before. We were very excited to see daddy though, so the 2400 mile trip was worth it.
Aunt Sara came with us and we were SO grateful. We had a great time, as far as long car rides go! The kids were fantastic and we had fun seeing a few sights.

The first picture is in Cheyenne, Wyoming. It was a very cool boot in front of the hotel we stayed in.
The second is at the St. Louis arch. We went up inside and it was awesome! We could see all around the city from the top. The kids don't seem to be afraid of heights!
The third is at Ruby Falls in Tennessee. It is a cave 200+ feet down with a waterfall at the end of the trail. It falls from 65 feet up and is illuminated by pretty lights. It was fun to see the formations on the way in.
for the last night of traveling all of the sudden we heard loud banging. Sara and I were quite nervous, so we pulled off the side of the freeway (scary!) and checked it out. All it ended up being was one of the chains from the trailer had come undone and was hitting the car. After re-securing it, we were on our way. We were so grateful for the safety in our travels.
