Home! We were quite excited to get back to our home, especially since we'd left it after only a month. I hated to face unpacking, yet again, but this time it would be for at least 9 months. I still had lots of work to do before I felt great about being home. I'd forgotten what a mess I'd left myself with. Everyday there is still something or somewhere that needs to be organized, but I think that is pretty normal.
Conner and Tyler were very excited to start school. We met their teachers the week before at their new school, so they were pretty comfortable. The girls and I walked them to the bus stop, and off they went!
Makelle missed the kindergarten cutoff by 6 days, but started "real" preschool the day after the boys. She was very excited!
Paige thought she was big enough to go too! (I guess no one told her she needed to talk first!)
It has been a long time since I have been home for any significant amount of time with only 1 kid. It has been a lot of fun.
