We had a great Christmas! It was smaller than some we've had, but it didn't make any difference.
Each of the kids got a book and one other gift from mom and dad, and one gift from their other siblings. It was perfect.
Conner and Tyler got Bakugan. Life for Conner and Battleship for Tyler.
Makelle got a jewelry tower with drawers. It had necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. She got Polly Pocket from her brothers and Paige.
Paige got some slippers and a Leappad learning table re-gifted. She got a baby doll from Makelle and her brothers.
Dad got a broom for cleaning off his car and portable speakers for his Zune.
Mom got a ctr ring and a cute sweater from dad.
The kids were absolutely thrilled with their treasures and the wii wasn't even the highlight for them. I am so proud of them for not being selfish. I really hope we can remember how good a small Christmas can be even when we have the ability for a bigger one.
Today, out of the blue, Makelle asked why mom and dad only got 2 presents and they got 3. I told her we got 3 too, cause the Wii was for all of us. Cute that she was worried about us!
